This Refund Policy explains the terms under which SM BizSoft Pvt. Ltd. ("SM BizSoft", "we") may issue refunds for subscriptions to SMBiz and for other services such as software development, mobile apps, hosting, domain and company registration.
We encourage you to evaluate SMBiz using our free registration before subscribing to a paid plan. This lets you confirm the product meets your needs without any payment.
Subscription fees for SMBiz are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no refund is issued for the unused portion of a billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid term.
We may, at our discretion, consider a refund within 7 days of an initial payment if:
For custom software, mobile app, eCommerce and similar project work, refunds are governed by the specific agreement signed for that project. Advance payments and amounts for completed milestones are non-refundable, as work and resources have already been committed.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, payment details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
